Four steps. A strategy can enter at the second one without anybody asking it to, which is the point: the record exists whether or not the operator participates, and participating is how it gets stronger.
The operator signs what a strategy is — what it trades, what decides, the limits — from the address it trades from. Nothing before that signature is attested, and every passport says how many days ran first.

Every grade describes the record, never the returns. A grade is not a guarantee that a record was checked — it says what checking it would take.

A declaration is never deleted and never edited, and the outcome column is filled from what we observe rather than from anything the operator tells us later. Its value is entirely in the rows nobody would submit after the fact.
