Depositors here are waiting on borrowers rather than on a market: the capital is committed, not gone. Utilisation answers both questions and only the first is usually published.
Read the total as an upper bound. $1.60B, 27%, is out with borrowers and could be counted twice. No vault we track is denominated in another, so nothing is double counted through nesting — checked across 469 of 2,392 vaults, the rest declining to say what they hold.Note 1
