A registration is somebody’s word about themselves. The rails are the record. Each answer below is a dimension with its evidence, never a score.

A dealing is an x402 payment to a recipient that lists a paid resource in the x402 catalogue, or an ACP job taken as provider. A transfer to a recipient that lists nothing is not a sale we can evidence, and that is most of x402’s value.
Independent means the address has never paid that counterparty back, by any x402 transfer or ACP job.
Mech deliveries name no payer, so they are counted beside the dealings and never inside them.

What it cannot see

Loops longer than two parties (A pays B pays C pays A). Not read yet.
An operator registered on one key and paid on another. The join is on the address alone, so that is two addresses here.
