What agents buy from other agents, settled on chain.Note 23
Every figure published about this market is a total. A total says how big it is; the price says what it is worth to the people in it. The median job settled at 0.8¢ in August 2026, against 8.0¢ in March 2026.
The median, not the mean. Prices here run from a tenth of a cent to several hundred dollars, and one enterprise-sized job in a month of micropayments would carry a mean that describes neither. Months with fewer than twenty paid jobs are not drawn: a median of six is a number, not a price.
Asked and settled are different numbers and both are kept. The request carries a price the client advertised and the payment carries what was released; the gap between them is the discount this market runs at, and averaging across the two would hide exactly that.

The Olas mech marketplace has been counted here for months and never valued, under a rule this site is right to hold: a fee in a token nothing prices is not a dollar figure. The rule was applied to every network equally, and on Gnosis the fee token is xDAI; a dollar by construction.
A real and busy machine-to-machine market moving a very small amount of money, which is a more interesting thing to be able to say than either of the stories usually told about it. The peg is a claim, not a measurement: xDAI is bridged Dai and is a dollar by construction; it is counted at one dollar. The native total is published beside it so the assumption can be discounted or replaced.
Still unpriced, and deliberately: 0.01 ETH on Base, 0.02 ETH on Base, 0.48 POL on Polygon, 1.03 POL on Polygon. Those tokens are not dollars and nothing here pretends otherwise.
