The registry lets an agent name the other registries it is in, and 2,257 addresses hold identities on more than one chain while 26 of them ever say so. Of the claims that do name a different chain and can be checked, 38% point at a registry the owner is not in.
How this is counted
A claim is checked by its owner, not by its token id. A card names a registry, not a place in it, and the ids are per-registry anyway. The address holding the token is the only identifier that means the same thing on both chains, and it is the identifier the observed link on Who is behind them already uses, so both halves of this comparison are computed the same way.
Absent and unread are never merged. A registry we sweep over its whole life can support “the owner is not in it”. A registry we do not read cannot support anything, and counting it as a false claim would publish our own coverage gap as somebody else’s dishonesty. 204 of these claims are in that state, most of them naming a testnet.
The population is small and that is the finding. Out of 188,269 readable card, only 1,222 fill this field in at all.
